Responsible for executing activities related to the company's accounting and financial processes, including account analysis, accounting entries, invoicing, and document control. Additionally, supports procurement management through purchase order processing, quotation requests, and supplier coordination. **Responsibilities**
* Verify the authenticity of supporting documentation for information to be recorded in the Softland accounting system.
* Validate, record, and report all revenues and disbursements in the Softland accounting system.
* Manage and control the company’s accounting information.
* Ensure that supporting documentation for various accounting entries in the system complies with respective required authorizations.
* Perform accounting entries in accordance with current legal provisions.
* Conduct accounting analyses of the various accounts comprising the Chart of Accounts.
* Maintain supporting accounting documentation in perfect order, up-to-date, and properly safeguarded.
* Prepare monthly tax declarations in accordance with local tax regulations.
* Record, monitor, and comply with VAT, First and Second Category Income Tax, Monthly Provisional Payments, and other routinely applicable tax regulations, then enter the data into the accounting system.
* Invoice services provided by the company according to active contracts, type of work performed, CPI updates, prevailing rates, and agreed-upon dates.
* Monitor issued invoices in accordance with internal controls and tax regulations.
* Issue billing reports as required by the Company.
* Track and collect payments from customers exceeding the due date stipulated on the Sales Invoice.
* Coordinate with the accounting department for audits.
* Customs procedures (accounting) and banking procedures.
* Conduct performance analysis and economic\-financial monitoring of the Company.
* Risk analysis.
* Support the company’s procurement management by entering purchase orders and tracking and controlling associated documentation.
* Request basic quotations from suppliers based on internal requirements.
* Verify documentation associated with purchases, services, and acquired supplies, ensuring process traceability.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for necessary information to ensure proper procurement management.
* Fulfill responsibilities detailed in the Station’s QHSE Management System Manual and other manuals under their responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards.
**Requirements and Competencies**
* Degree in Accounting or Auditing
* 4 years of experience
* Advanced Excel
* Intermediate English
* Knowledge of ERP system implementation and/or usage (Softland preferred)
* Analytical skills, attention to detail, procedural compliance, management capability, and effective communication.
* Experience in the aviation industry is desirable
