As a Workforce Planning Assistant, you will support daily personnel management activities, scheduling, attendance tracking, reporting, capacity and coverage planning, and employee shift coverage. You will help maintain accurate workforce data, monitor schedules and staffing levels, prepare reports, and identify potential coverage gaps. You will work closely with workforce planning, Human Resources, operations, customer service, wellness services, and management teams to ensure the right personnel are available to meet operational requirements.
