Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor with leadership skills to oversee the storage, inventory control, and dispatch of steel products, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations We seek a highly organized, proactive, and leadership-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to ensure proper storage, inventory control, and dispatch of our steel products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the warehouse's operational efficiency while upholding required safety standards for handling heavy loads. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Supervise the receipt, storage, organization, and dispatch of profiles, plates, pipes, and other steel products. Stock Control: Respond to sales staff regarding stock inquiries; monitor material inflows and outflows. Team Leadership: Coordinate warehouse personnel (operators, forklift drivers, assistants), assigning daily tasks. Safety and Prevention: Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations (use of PPE, proper storage of heavy materials, and risk prevention). Operational Support: Directly assist on the warehouse yard when necessary, supporting operator tasks and cutting materials per customer requirements. Profile Requirements Education: Technical degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Required Experience (Mandatory): \- Minimum 1 year of experience leading or working in warehouse/stockroom operations. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in the steel industry, metallurgical sector, industrial hardware, construction, or similar fields. Technical Knowledge: \- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 \- Knowledge of steels and measurement techniques (preferred) We Offer: \- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, continuous shift with a 30-minute lunch break (approximately 40 hours per week) \- Health insurance \- Growth opportunities Salary: $800,000 \- $1,000,000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
