Join our team as a Part-time Sales Experience Assistant (20 Hrs)! **For this challenge, we are looking for people who:** * Spread positive energy and connect deeply with those who choose us. * Enjoy working as a team and giving their best. * Seek personal development and growth. * Promote clear, close communication that respects different perspectives. * Have a strong service vocation. ✅ **On the team you will:** * Perform all store operational tasks that positively impact the shopping experience by following instructions from the Store Manager and complying with daily procedures established by the Retail Operations department. * Operate the cash register according to current procedures and ensure the proper functioning of the system, aiming to maintain efficient checkout processes and meet excellence standards in customer shopping experience. * Maintain visual merchandising standards and restock according to the store's ROTA and Instore VM guidelines. * Ensure safety and integrity of staff, customers, and assets through proper care and use of available resources. * Keep the Store Manager informed about all activities and issues occurring in the store. * Meet the defined customer service standards. * Perform store cleaning according to schedule and comply with personal appearance guidelines. * Keep the current pricing of each product in the store up to date. * Carry out daily store entry and exit procedures. * Maintain visual supervision of the store to detect theft/fraud incidents and ensure effective communication among present personnel. Maintain backroom standards and execute inventory movements (receiving, returns, damaged goods, transfers). **We value:** * Professionals or university students currently pursuing studies. * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (not mandatory). * Part-time availability (Saturdays, Sundays and one additional day per week). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
