Monitor operational and quality parameters. \*\*Read Application Requirements\*\* Job Description: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor responsible for leading and supervising the operations of a balanced animal feed production plant—producing feed for poultry and swine—to ensure operational continuity, adherence to production schedules, and compliance with the company's established quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the plant's overall operations during the shift, ensuring compliance with production schedules. * Lead and organize the work team, assigning tasks and overseeing proper execution of production processes. * Oversee raw material receiving, grinding, batching, mixing, pelleting, cooling, and animal feed dispatch stages. * Monitor operational and quality parameters, making adjustments as necessary to ensure process efficiency and continuity. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse departments to ensure equipment, supplies, and raw materials availability. * Supervise proper operation of equipment and facilities, promptly reporting operational deviations or failures. * Control efficient use of raw materials and production resources, minimizing losses and rework. * Ensure compliance with plant safety, order, and cleanliness standards. * Record and report production output, consumption, stoppages, and incidents occurring during the shift. * Promote continuous improvement and adherence to the company's internal procedures. **Application Requirements** \- Residency in Melipilla, El Monte, Talagante, or Peñaflor. \- Veterinary Technician or Agricultural Technician qualification. \- Experience supervising work teams and production processes. \- Availability to work on-site and on rotating shifts. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. **Important** Only applicants meeting the above residency and qualification requirements will be considered. **Work Location:** Melipilla **Employment Type:** Rotating shifts Work location: On-site employment
