Ensure operational continuity and adherence to incident, request, and change control management processes—both for clients’ and internal security platforms—with emphasis on compliance with defined behaviors and response times for each operational process established by the Management Department. Some of your responsibilities: * Manage incidents * Handle requests * Propose, analyze, document, and train on improvements and issues within the sub-department * Document and generate reports * Execute change controls * Ensure operational continuity and compliance with SLAs contracted by clients. To achieve this, you must: proactively and preventively minimize incident risks; manage tickets within the sub-department or with the appropriate resolution teams; generate corresponding reports; and propose improvements to enhance service stability—meeting all agreed-upon SLA timelines * Update knowledge in areas not yet mastered What do we expect from you? * Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Security and Networking fields. * Experience with at least 2 of the following technologies: o F5 (LTM, GTM, APM, AFM, ASM) o FORTINET (FortiGate, FortiWeb, FortiAuthenticator, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager) o PALO ALTO (Essential Firewall, Firewall Manager) o CISCO (ASA, ISE, ESA, FirePower, Umbrella, Stealthwatch) o McAfee o Kaspersky o Trend Micro (AV, EDR) o SOPHOS o PROOFPOINT o RADWARE o INFOBLOX o ITIL Desirable certifications include: o ITILv3 o CCNA (R\&S / Security) o NS3, NS4**Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Total of 3 years of experience, with 2 years specifically in security and networking * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telematics, Connectivity and Networks, or related fields * CCNA * ITIL This position is open to candidates with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
