We are looking for an organized, analytical, and execution-oriented professional capable of going beyond report generation—driving improvements, raising alerts, and monitoring commitments defined jointly with various departments and branches. This position reports directly to the Administration and Finance Manager and offers opportunities for career development within the organization. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring and tracking the **monthly closing process**, reconciliations, accruals, temporary accounts, receivables, payments, and outstanding items. * Designing and maintaining **financial and operational management indicators** for various branches and business lines. * Developing and monitoring an **administrative scorecard per branch**, identifying gaps, errors, risks, and non-compliances. * Identifying, documenting, and standardizing **critical administrative and financial processes**, defining responsibilities, supporting documentation, and controls. * Identifying rework, inefficiencies, and manual tasks, driving initiatives for **improvement, simplification, and automation**. * Tracking action plans, promoting commitment fulfillment, and escalating relevant deviations promptly. * Coordinating with branch administrative teams to reinforce common criteria, cross-training, versatility, and operational continuity. * Supporting **internal control, compliance, and risk management** initiatives by delivering analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. **What we expect from you:** * Degree in **Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Auditing, Certified Public Accounting, or related field**. * Between **5 and 8 years of total professional experience**. * Preferably, experience in multi-branch companies within **retail, logistics, distribution, or services** sectors. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems**. * Experience leading processes, control initiatives, audits, projects, or teams. * Ability to streamline processes, implement improvements, and deliver measurable results. * Availability to work on-site in **Puerto Montt**.
