





At **GRAFTON LATAM,** we are looking to hire a **Selection Consultant** for a 3-month temporary project, aimed at leading full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, contributing to talent attraction strategies and employer branding development. **Main responsibilities:*** Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. * Write and post job descriptions on appropriate sources. * Manage candidate sourcing and attraction through various channels. * Conduct interviews (phone and in-person) to screen profiles. * Present suitable candidates to hiring managers. * Promote employer branding initiatives and maintain candidate relationships. * Support onboarding and follow-up of new hires. * Identify improvement opportunities in selection strategies and processes. * Participate in corporate talent acquisition projects. **Requirements:*** **Minimum 3 years of experience** leading end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes. * Experience in recruitment consultancies or large multinational companies (ideally in infrastructure or energy sectors). * Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * **Desirable:** knowledge of Workday. * Education: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Engineering, or related field. * Skills: results orientation, collaborative work, proactivity, and ability to build effective relationships. **Conditions:*** **Workload:** 40 hours per week. * **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 08:30/09:00 to 17:30/18:00 \- Friday: 08:30/09:00 to 15:00/15:30 * **Location:** Las Condes, Santiago * **Modality:** On-site * **Cafeteria benefit:** Not applicable. * **Start date:** Immediate.
