Position Summary: MindCo is seeking a freelance Risk Prevention Engineer to manage HSE, accreditations, and provide advisory support for mining operations. Key Highlights: 1. Manage HSE records and risk matrices for audits and accreditations. 2. Provide ongoing advisory services on Risk Prevention to work teams. 3. Implement MINSAL protocols and monitor compliance with Supreme Decree No. 44. **MindCo**, a company specializing in asset management consulting for large-scale industries, is currently seeking **a Risk Prevention Engineer** to join our team on a freelance basis. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain up-to-date **HSE records** to meet ISO, SICEP, internal audit, and other related requirements. * Manage critical information and risk matrices for accreditation processes of mining contracts and personnel. * Verify compliance with preventive control measures across various services and contracts. * Provide ongoing advisory services on Risk Prevention matters, considering legal and technical aspects associated with site operations. * Conduct online talks and training sessions for work teams. * Prepare monthly management reports. * Implement **MINSAL protocols.** * Implement and monitor compliance with **Supreme Decree No. 44\.** **Requirements:** * Degree in Risk Prevention Engineering. * Experience advising companies in the **mining sector.** * Experience in document management and accreditation processes for contracts and personnel (mandatory). * Knowledge of regulatory compliance and **HSE management systems.** * Availability for on-site work on a freelance basis. * Residence in Santiago.
