Have a strong service vocation. **✅ In this role, you will:** Carry out all operational tasks in the store that positively impact the shopping experience, following instructions from the Store Manager and complying with daily procedures established by the Retail Operations team. Operate the cash register according to current procedures and ensure the proper functioning of the system, aiming to maintain efficient checkout processes and meet excellence standards in customer experience. Maintain visual standards and restock merchandise according to the store's ROTA and guidance from Instore VM. Ensure the safety and integrity of staff, customers, and assets through careful and appropriate use of available resources. Keep the Store Manager informed about all activities and issues occurring in the store. Meet the defined customer service standards. Perform store cleaning according to schedule. Comply with personal image guidelines. Keep product pricing information up to date. Follow daily store entry and exit procedures. Maintain visual supervision of the store to detect theft, fraud, or other incidents, and ensure effective communication among present staff. Maintain back-of-store standards and execute stock movements (receiving, returns, damaged goods, transfers). **We value:** Professionals currently pursuing or having completed university studies. At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (not mandatory). Part-time availability (Saturday, Sunday, and one additional weekday). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
