Aguas Andinas is seeking an **Operations Manager** to coordinate and supervise operational activities in Valdivia. The selected candidate will play a key role in operational planning, resource management, performance indicator monitoring, and continuous improvement, working collaboratively across various departments to achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operations. * Lead, organize, and support the operations team. * Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Analyze results and identify improvement opportunities. * Optimize processes and contribute to controlling operational costs. * Supervise compliance with procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Coordinate human, material, and operational resources. * Prepare management reports and present results to senior leadership. * Coordinate external suppliers and services as required. * Manage and resolve operational issues promptly. * Track action plans and continuous improvement projects. * Participate in operational planning and development initiatives. Requirements * Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. * Prior experience in operations management or team supervision. * Experience leading and coordinating work teams. * Ability to analyze performance indicators and prepare management reports. * Knowledge of operational planning, process management, and continuous improvement. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work on-site in Valdivia. Additional experience in budget management, logistics, supplier management, and process optimization will be valued.
