The ideal candidate will combine strategic office management with direct on-site supervision, ensuring compliance with work programs and efficient control of materials and machinery. Main Responsibilities: Operational Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and coordinate the daily operations flow to ensure adherence to delivery timelines and established targets. Procurement and Materials Management: Manage procurement of supplies and materials, ensuring inventory control, cost optimization, and supplier relationship management. Personnel Leadership: Lead, supervise, and motivate assigned personnel, fostering an efficient and safe working environment. Monitoring and Reporting: Prepare periodic management reports and execute monthly closings for the operations and logistics area. ### **Job Requirements** Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar supervisory or coordination roles in operations and logistics. Academic Qualification: Technical or Professional degree in Logistics, Aquaculture Technician, Operational/Execution Engineering, or related field.
