Their primary objective will be to support the implementation, monitoring, and updating of the Crime Prevention Model and regulatory compliance policies, ensuring the organization operates under current legal standards and mitigates integrity risks. We foster an environment of **respect, collaboration, and recognition**, where each person is valued for their contributions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with money laundering and terrorist financing. * Monitoring and Control: Conduct periodic due diligence reviews of clients, suppliers, and counterparties. * Crime Prevention Model: Support the updating of risk matrices and related controls under Laws 20\.393 and 19\.913\. * Reporting: Prepare management reports and support preparation of reports for regulatory bodies and corporate governance. * Ethics Culture: Collaborate on internal training sessions regarding ethics and compliance. Requirements: * Degree in: Law, Auditing, Commercial Engineering, or related field. * Experience: At least 2–3 years in compliance, internal auditing, or risk management roles. * Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with AML/CFT regulations and Crime Prevention ModelsERP (mandatory) * Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, autonomy, and impeccable professional ethics. **Position Conditions:** * **Work Mode:** Hybrid. * **Location:** Central Office.
