Job Description We are seeking a **Store Manager** to lead commercial operations, coordinate the sales team, and ensure a premium shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail, team management, and customer orientation. Key Responsibilities * **Operations Management**: Oversee daily store operations. * **Team Leadership**: Motivate and train sales staff. * **Customer Service**: Ensure personalized and excellent service. * **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking. * **Sales Strategies**: Implement initiatives to achieve commercial targets. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with internal policies and local regulations. * **Executive Reporting**: Present results and forecasts to management. Requirements * Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related field. * 5–7 years of retail experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury sectors. * Knowledge of sales management, inventory control, and customer service. * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English is a plus.
