You will be responsible for defining the Business Plan, pricing strategy, and maintaining an updated schedule, overseeing progress, risks, milestone achievement, budget, and scope. You will manage RFPs, RFIs, and contracts, ensuring technical quality and KPI compliance. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, leading follow-up meetings and executive reporting. You will oversee the O2C and Tax processes squad, ensuring proper system integration and technical alignment with business objectives. **Location requirement:** This position is open only to candidates residing in Santiago, Chile. Applications from other countries/cities will not be considered.**What you can expect from this role (Responsibilities)** Lead the planning, execution, and control of the strategic project for integration with Oracle Cloud ERP. Develop and maintain the Business Plan, pricing strategy, and project schedule, ensuring continuous progress tracking. Oversee milestone achievement, budget, scope, and risk management, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables. Administer project documentation and key deliverables, maintaining traceability and organization throughout each phase. Coordinate and manage RFP, RFI, and contract processes, evaluating technical proposals and negotiating with external vendors. Monitor KPIs and report progress to the executive committee through reports and follow-up minutes. Lead and support the Order to Cash (O2C) and Tax processes squad, ensuring correct integration with Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems. Foster collaboration among technical, functional, and business teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. **Requirements** \+5 years of experience in IT project management. \+5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud. Leading Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, EPM, OIC, OCI) projects. \+5 years of critical functional experience: Order to Cash and auditable tax solutions. Functional/architectural knowledge. Fluent English \+4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP architecture and modules.
