Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Product Manager** to lead the development and growth of software products serving the financial services and fintech sectors. The successful candidate will define product strategy, manage roadmaps, prioritize features, coordinate cross\-functional teams, and ensure our products deliver meaningful value to customers and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Define and communicate product vision, strategy, goals, and priorities. * Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs. * Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence. * Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications and user stories. * Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog. * Collaborate with software engineers, UX/UI designers, data specialists, QA teams, and business stakeholders. * Lead products through discovery, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement. * Define acceptance criteria and ensure delivered features meet product requirements. * Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, customer feedback, and business metrics. * Identify opportunities for AI\-driven automation, predictive analytics, and low\-code solutions. * Coordinate API integration requirements and collaborate with technical teams on secure integrations. * Manage product risks, dependencies, timelines, and priorities. * Present product strategies, progress, and recommendations to senior management. * Support go\-to\-market planning, product launches, and customer adoption initiatives. * Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field**. * **3\+ years of professional experience** in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related technology role. * Proven experience managing digital products throughout the product lifecycle. * Strong knowledge of **product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and requirements management**. * Experience creating product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Experience using product analytics and KPIs to guide product decisions. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder\-management skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non\-technical teams. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product\-development methodologies. * Experience with product\-management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, or similar platforms. * Strong understanding of customer\-focused product development. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in **fintech, banking, financial technology, SaaS, or enterprise software**. * Knowledge of financial services workflows and digital banking technologies. * Experience working with **AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or automation products**. * Familiarity with low\-code/no\-code platforms. * Understanding of **APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and software integrations**. * Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and secure software practices. * Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms. * Familiarity with SQL, data analytics, or business intelligence tools. * Experience launching products for B2B or enterprise customers. * PMP, Scrum Product Owner, or product\-management certification is an advantage. * Professional English proficiency is an advantage.
