MARKETING AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR \- QUILICURA Role Objective: Execute the marketing work plan in accordance with the company's policies and strategy, JWM, and the Marketing area to ensure results in activities with customers/distributors, aiming to ensure and maintain brand consistency and positioning in the territories comprising Komatsu's distribution network in Latin America. Main responsibilities. Coordinate activities related to external communications management as counterpart to the strategic agency and business units within the organization, in order to provide visibility to Komatsu's activities in media and external channels according to the strategic plan. Propose marketing actions based on the strategic pillars defined by the organization (JWM) Support responding to requirements from different business units regarding external communications and marketing actions focused on distributors and customers. Support the organization of external events related to brand/product positioning for both customers and the distributor network in the region. Ensure proper brand usage and compliance with global brand definitions (brand usage policy) Participate as a member in global brand projects according to the established strategy for these purposes. Support the Latin American distributor network and the company's internal clients. Provide direct support to the Deputy Manager of Marketing and External Communications, assuming the backup role/position when required. Development and preparation of progress reports on marketing activities within their responsible territory, according to the joint working model with the distribution network (JWM). Provide advisory and consulting services to distributors within their responsible territory regarding marketing actions and plans (DBS Marketing Plan). Creation of strategic content for various marketing channels and platforms. Support in editing content (both English and Spanish) for publication on established channels. Operational single point of contact with the external communications agency for coordination of coverage. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with proven experience in marketing and handling external/strategic communications (in agencies or corporate environments) Requirements: Intermediate level of Office and Excel. Advanced English proficiency (oral, written, and reading). Will communicate with distributors. Knowledge of marketing and digital content for social media. Knowledge in content creation and editing. Proficiency in design and/or marketing software. (Photoshop, Illustrator or others) Other requirements: Availability to travel domestically and internationally (with prior planning), and attend occasional meetings outside regular working hours. Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Quilicura (2\-3 days on-site, with flexibility according to the position's needs) Interested candidates must reside in the Metropolitan Region or be willing to commute at their own expense due to the work schedule.
