Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and organized **Project Manager** to lead technology projects from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross\-functional teams, manage project schedules and resources, communicate with healthcare clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and manage software and technology projects from initiation to completion. * Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones. * Coordinate developers, engineers, QA specialists, product teams, and external stakeholders. * Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies. * Communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to management and clients. * Gather and clarify project requirements with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare stakeholders. * Track project performance and ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements. * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans. * Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions. * Coordinate software testing, deployment, implementation, and acceptance activities. * Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and action plans. * Monitor changes to project scope and manage change requests appropriately. * Support the implementation of cloud\-based imaging, diagnostic, and tele\-radiology solutions. * Ensure effective collaboration between technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Identify opportunities to improve project\-management processes and delivery efficiency. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field**. * **3\+ years of professional project\-management experience**, preferably in technology or software environments. * Proven experience managing projects through the complete project lifecycle. * Strong knowledge of **project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource coordination**. * Experience working with cross\-functional technical teams. * Strong understanding of software\-development or technology project lifecycles. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong stakeholder\-management and negotiation skills. * Proficiency with project\-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications * PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or another recognized project\-management certification. * Experience managing **healthcare technology, medical software, radiology, PACS, RIS, telemedicine, or clinical systems projects**. * Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as **DICOM and HL7**. * Experience with cloud\-based software and SaaS implementations. * Understanding of AI/ML\-enabled software products. * Experience working with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, or medical technology companies. * Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project\-management methodologies. * Experience managing software integration and API projects. * Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance considerations for healthcare technology. * Professional English proficiency is an advantage.
