Job Summary: The International Trade Manager plans, directs, and supervises import/export operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and international efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate customs and international trade processes. 2. Lead and develop the international trade team. 3. Negotiate commercial and logistical terms with international partners. The International Trade Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the company's import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs and commercial regulations as well as the efficiency of international processes. Primary Responsibilities: Plan and supervise import and export operations. Manage and coordinate customs and international trade processes. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and requirements related to international trade. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and international customers. Supervise documentation required for import and export operations. Analyze costs, tariffs, taxes, and expenses associated with international operations. Negotiate commercial and logistical terms with suppliers and international partners. Supervise delivery timelines and optimize international transportation routes and processes. Stay updated on changes in customs regulations, trade agreements, and international regulations. Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve the efficiency of international trade operations. Prepare reports on operations, costs, compliance, and departmental performance. Lead and develop the international trade team. Coordinate with logistics, finance, procurement, sales, and legal departments to ensure efficient operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Prior experience in international trade, imports, exports, and customs operations. Knowledge of customs legislation and international trade regulations. Familiarity with trade agreements, tariffs, tariff classification, and Incoterms. Experience managing suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics operators. Proficiency in ERP systems and management and analytical tools. Advanced English proficiency preferred. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. Salary: $3\.200 per month Work Location: On-site employment
