Excellent collaborative work environment Sodexo Chile is seeking a Facility Manager to join our team. **Position Description** You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing activities and resources across various operational areas at the assigned site, ensuring service continuity and quality, fulfillment of contractual commitments, and customer satisfaction, while also contributing to achieving established economic and management objectives. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and control the site budget and key management indicators, contributing to contractual economic performance. * Coordinate and supervise various operational service areas, ensuring adherence to quality standards and commitments agreed upon with the client. * Manage and verify human resources, supplies, tools, and equipment required for proper service execution. * Supervise the proper execution of industrial cleaning, office cleaning, landscaping, wardrobe services, laundry, and transportation services. * Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and standards defined by Sodexo and the client. * Coordinate operations with various work teams and involved departments, promoting operational continuity and service improvement. * Maintain ongoing communication with the client, addressing requests and ensuring appropriate service quality. * Track site results and indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory, administrative, or service management roles. * Experience in administration and coordination of general services, facility management, or related services. * Experience leading work teams and managing operational resources. * Preferred experience in industrial cleaning, office cleaning, landscaping, laundry, wardrobe services, and/or transportation. * Proficiency in computer tools and management systems. * Availability to work the schedule and under the conditions required by the service. * Residence in the area or willingness to relocate. **Benefits** * Opportunity to join a leading company in its field with nationwide presence. * Professional development and growth opportunities within the organization. * Excellent work environment with a committed and collaborative team. * Additional benefits according to company policies. **Join our team and be part of something bigger! ✨** At Sodexo Chile, we value diversity and equal opportunity.
