Job Description
We are seeking an **Event Operations Manager** to lead the planning, logistics, and execution of performances and tours. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating teams, managing suppliers, and overseeing operational processes in the artistic and cultural sector.
Key Responsibilities
* **Logistics planning**: Design and coordinate operational plans for each performance.
* **Supplier management**: Negotiate and coordinate external services (catering, transportation, technology, etc.).
* **Setup supervision**: Ensure proper installation of stages, equipment, and furniture.
* **Team coordination**: Lead operational staff and ensure task completion.
* **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure events meet local regulations and safety standards.
* **Contingency management**: Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
* **Post\-event evaluation**: Prepare performance reports and propose improvements.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Event Production, or related field.
* 5–7 years of experience coordinating cultural or artistic events.
* Knowledge of logistics, supplier management, and safety regulations.
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time.
* Intermediate\-advanced English is a plus.
