Job Description We are seeking a **Business Development Manager** to lead the identification of new business opportunities, design expansion strategies, and coordinate initiatives that strengthen the company’s competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial management, negotiation, and strategic leadership. Key Responsibilities * **Opportunity identification**: Identify new markets and potential customers. * **Commercial strategy design**: Develop growth and positioning plans. * **Relationship management**: Strengthen ties with customers, partners, and stakeholders. * **Negotiation**: Establish commercially beneficial agreements for the company. * **Market analysis**: Evaluate trends and propose strategic actions. * **Project management**: Coordinate expansion and corporate development initiatives. * **Executive reporting**: Present results and forecasts to senior management. Requirements * Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * 5–7 years of experience in business development or commercial management. * Knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and negotiation. * Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis. * Leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (spoken and written).
