The primary objective of this position is to **ensure production continuity**, efficiently managing the flow and stock of raw materials while complying with the company's established quality, hygiene, and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** **Supply and Production Management** * Ensure adequate stock of raw materials and supplies for production, meeting quality and budgetary efficiency standards. * Monitor raw material inventory levels by verifying quantities and quality against internal planning documents (meeting minutes and work orders). * Identify deviations, losses, overstocking, and shrinkage. * Promptly inform Production of any potential stock issues to adjust meeting minutes accordingly. * Ensure raw material flows align with daily planning (portions, formats, meeting minutes). **Quality and Internal Process Management** * Manage the warehouse quality management system, ensuring compliance with procedures for receipt, storage, and dispatch (temperatures, quantities, formats, technical dates). * Supervise proper application of hygiene and safety standards in facilities and during staff task execution. * Plan raw material requirements with Head Office Procurement and manage urgent orders. * Coordinate with centralized and external suppliers, verifying delivery dates for critical products. **Documentation Control and Reporting** * Generate reports, records, and documentation according to company methods and deadlines. * Conduct rotating inventories, adjustment reports, and shrinkage reports. * Monitor data entry (invoices, raw material and supply flows) into systems and web portals. * Comply with hygiene and safety reporting requirements. **Team Management** * Manage assigned personnel in accordance with company policies. * Participate in recruitment, technical\-operational onboarding, and performance evaluation processes. * Organize and assign duties, define priorities, and supervise correct use of equipment. * Monitor attendance, leave requests, overtime, and vacation schedules, generating reports for HR. * Directly train the team on technical, safety, and quality aspects. **Job Requirements:** * Technical degree in **Administration**, **Logistics**, or a related field. * Prior experience in warehouse management and stock control (food/industrial sector preferred). * Proficiency in record-keeping and control systems. * Knowledge of quality, hygiene, and safety regulations. * Leadership and team management skills.
