**Job Objective:**
Supervise and coordinate daily tourism service operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, itinerary compliance, service standards, and operational procedures.
**Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Supervise the daily execution of tours, excursions, transfers, and other tourism services.
* Coordinate itineraries, schedules, reservations, and customer activities.
* Supervise the work of tour guides, drivers, coordinators, and service providers.
* Coordinate transportation, accommodation, meals, entrance tickets, and activities included in tourism programs.
* Verify that contracted services are delivered according to agreed terms.
* Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, delays, and unforeseen situations.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
* Maintain constant communication with hotels, tour operators, restaurants, transportation companies, and other suppliers.
* Supervise compliance with quality, safety, and customer service standards.
* Control operational costs and resources used for each service.
* Monitor key performance indicators **(KPIs)** related to satisfaction, punctuality, and service quality.
* Prepare reports on incidents, performance, and operational results.
* Coordinate emergency and contingency actions when necessary.
* Evaluate supplier performance and propose improvements to contracted services.
* Participate in planning and development of new tourism products and experiences.
* Train and guide operational staff on procedures and service standards.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the tourism sector.
**Requirements:**
* Professional or technical degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
* Experience in tourism operations, travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, or related services.
* Experience supervising teams and coordinating suppliers.
* Knowledge of itinerary planning, reservations, and tourism logistics.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Service orientation and customer focus.
* Ability to work under pressure and resolve unforeseen situations.
* Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Proficiency in reservation tools, tourism management systems, and Microsoft Office.
* Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are an asset.
Salary: $2\.200\.000 per month
