Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise service and quality operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead customer service teams. 2. Supervise operations and ensure quality standards. 3. Resolve contingencies and ensure customer satisfaction. **Job Description** ---------------------- Coordinate and supervise service operations to guarantee service and quality experiences, meeting quality standards. Coordinate and supervise point-of-sale operations. Monitor proper customer service and support, ensuring an experience aligned with casino standards. Assign and supervise tasks for area staff. Verify compliance with hygiene procedures, food handling practices, and current health regulations. Monitor inventories, supplies, wastage, and efficient use of area products. Support opening and closing of sales points, ensuring proper operational functionality. Promptly resolve operational contingencies and customer requests.
