As a Receptionist at CBRE, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and dedicated attention to visitors in the main lobby of a corporate building.

**Receptionist Location:** Las Condes, Santiago.
**About the Role:** As a Receptionist at CBRE, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming visitors to the building through dedicated and friendly service in the main lobby of a corporate building.
What You’ll Do:
Attend to building visitors, performing proper registration via the platform.
Contact each reception desk to confirm visitor access.
Support evacuation procedures during emergencies by guiding occupants to designated safety zones per established protocols.
Receive and attend to vendors, ensuring appropriate referral to their respective departments.
Efficiently resolve access-related issues per established protocols.
Perform administrative tasks related to visitor control and entry.
Handle requests from building users.
Maintain smooth communication with the building's operational teams.
**What You’ll Need:**
Technical studies in Hospitality, Administration, or related field\* (customer-oriented training)
Minimum 2 years of experience in face-to-face public-facing roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report generation.
