Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards At BAKELITE Chile, we are seeking two Production Process Operators to join our plant located in San Pedro de la Paz, Biobío Region. What will be your purpose? You will be responsible for operating and monitoring resin manufacturing processes, performing production activities, loading and unloading chemical substances, process control, and equipment inspection, to ensure operational continuity, product quality, and compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. Additionally, you will participate in maintenance activities, quality control, and operational data recording, contributing to an efficient, safe operation focused on meeting the needs of our internal and external customers. **Job Requirements:** * Higher technical degree in industrial chemistry or a related field aligned with industrial operations. * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the industrial sector. * Knowledge of resin manufacturing processes and handling of chemical substances is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Proficiency in hygiene and safety standards. * SAP proficiency is desirable
