Active support in marketing park products and services **Position:** Bilingual Host Department: Customer Service / Reception Location: Pucón, La Araucanía Region Work Mode: On-site, rotating shifts Minimum Experience: 1 year in similar roles English proficiency (conversational level). **\*\* Mandatory requirement** **Job Description** The Botanical Thermal Park of Pucón seeks to incorporate a responsible Receptionist/Host into its team to provide warm, efficient, and professional attention to visitors. This role involves greeting customers, managing revenue and services, delivering relevant information about facilities, selling products and services, and actively supporting the park’s product and service marketing efforts. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Serve the public in person, by phone, and via digital channels. \- Perform visitor check-in and check-out procedures. \- Provide clear and up-to-date information regarding services, rates, promotions, usage protocols, and operating hours of the Botanical Thermal Park. \- Handle cash register operations, issue receipts, and record sales according to internal procedures. \- Manage reservations and coordinate with internal departments (spa, thermal area, operations, massages). \- Resolve user inquiries and issues empathetically and professionally. \- Actively offer and sell park products such as souvenirs, merchandise, bottled water, essential oils, soaps, robes, rental towels, and other available items. \- Assist with basic administrative tasks when required. \- Report incidents or relevant situations to management. **Job Requirements:** \- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or similar positions. \- Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication abilities. \- Strong customer orientation and service mindset. \- English proficiency (conversational level). \*\* Mandatory requirement \- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \- Schedule flexibility: availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. \- Proficiency in digital tools and basic management systems (Microsoft Office, point-of-sale or reservation systems). \- Prior experience in tourism, thermal, or wellness sectors is desirable. **Personal Competencies:** \- Empathy and service-oriented attitude. \- Responsibility and commitment. \- Interpersonal skills and teamwork ability. \- Proactivity and problem-solving capability. \- Clear and effective communication. \- Punctuality and organizational skills.
