OBJECTIVE Responsible for the accounts payable process and assisting the Accounting Manager in account analysis and tax preparation, among other duties. MAIN ACTIVITIES OR TASKS **1) Prepare month-end billing closing:** reconcile documentation with information entered into the system, identifying discrepancies. 2) Enter invoices (related to suppliers). 3) Verify invoice information against warehouse receipts of goods. 4) Enter invoices into SAP. 5) Review the purchase ledger. 6) Procedures with the Internal Revenue Service (SII). 7) Manage supplier contract files. 8) Account analysis. 9) Tax processing. 10) Use of electronic invoicing. 11) Tasks specific to the department.
