Job Description VDPhL Technology Solutions is seeking a **Senior Software Engineering Manager – Digital Platforms** to lead software engineering teams responsible for developing and evolving digital platforms. The candidate will play a strategic and technical role, ensuring quality, scalability, security, and timely delivery of technological solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop software engineering teams. * Define technical standards, development practices, and engineering objectives. * Oversee the design, development, and evolution of digital platforms. * Coordinate projects with product, UX, QA, DevOps, and business teams. * Promote scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures. * Manage the technical roadmap, priorities, resources, and deliverables. * Monitor code quality, availability, performance, and technical debt. * Drive automation, CI/CD, observability, and DevOps best practices. * Participate in architectural decisions and technology selection. * Manage technology vendors or partners as required. * Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and metrics for management. * Foster mentoring, professional development, and continuous improvement within the team. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in software engineering and leading technical teams. * Experience developing or managing large-scale digital platforms. * Knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, and databases. * Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent technologies. * Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, DevOps, observability, and security practices. * Experience with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams. * Ability to combine technical leadership with business acumen. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Advanced or technical English proficiency. * Cloud, Agile, or similar certifications are desirable.
