Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise all audiovisual post-production activities, ensuring quality, deadlines, and creative and technical requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of editing, color grading, animation, and visual effects processes **Position Objective:** Coordinate and supervise all audiovisual post-production activities, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality, within established timelines and budgets, and in accordance with creative and technical requirements. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the post-production workflow from material receipt to final delivery. * Manage project schedules, priorities, and delivery deadlines. * Coordinate the work of editors, colorists, graphic designers, animators, sound technicians, and other professionals. * Review and organize audiovisual material received from production teams. * Supervise video editing, color correction, graphic design, animation, and audio post-production processes. * Coordinate the integration of visual effects **(VFX)**, motion graphics **(Motion Graphics)**, and other audiovisual elements. * Verify that final deliverables meet established technical and creative standards. * Manage client-, producer-, and director-requested reviews and revisions. * Coordinate with directors, producers, agencies, and clients to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements. * Supervise proper organization, storage, and backup of files and projects. * Manage external post-production vendors and studios when required. * Control budgets and resources allocated to post-production activities. * Identify and resolve technical and workflow issues that may impact deadlines. * Implement efficient processes to improve post-production productivity and quality. * Maintain up-to-date documentation on versions, deliverables, and technical specifications. * Prepare progress reports and promptly communicate any risks or delays. * Stay current with new tools, technologies, and trends in audiovisual post-production. **Requirements:** * Professional or technical degree in Audiovisual Communication, Audiovisual Production, Film, Multimedia, or related field. * Experience in coordinating and managing audiovisual post-production projects. * Knowledge of video editing, audio editing, color grading, animation, and motion graphics. * Proficiency with tools such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop**, or equivalent software. * Familiarity with audiovisual formats, codecs, resolutions, and delivery standards. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. * Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills. * Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary creative and technical teams. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Fluency in Spanish and technical English (preferred).
