We are currently seeking an IT COORDINATOR responsible for managing and organizing the company’s information systems development and technology area, ensuring optimal and efficient use of resources, leading the area, projects, and system development to achieve expected results on time, within budget, and as specified. Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and networks, as required, with support from external vendors. * Monitor and ensure the proper condition and operation of computer equipment. * Prepare and maintain an up-to-date register detailing equipment specifications and their service history. * Support the granting of privileges and restriction of information, subject to authorization by the immediate supervisor. * Train staff on the correct operation of company hardware and provide support in software training. * Comply with the company’s technology guidelines and policies. * Implement necessary food safety measures and procedures within the company. * Comply with the company’s established standards and procedures regarding Risk Prevention, Hygiene, and Occupational Safety. * Participate in all training sessions and development programs convened by the Human Talent Department. * Maintain order in work equipment and workspace, reporting any irregularities and/or needs to the immediate supervisor. * Perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Minimum one year of experience in the position. * Technical or university education. * Achievement-oriented. * Teamwork skills. Schedule * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 hrs; Friday: 08:00–17:00 hrs. Compensation * $700.000 net monthly plus an Amipass card worth $58.000 per month. Workplace: Mega Center located on Av. Boulevard Shuttle bus service available from Pudahuel Metro Station.
