Job Description VCan News Digital is seeking a **Digital Audience Growth Manager** to drive audience growth across its digital platforms. The individual will be responsible for developing acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, leveraging data to expand reach and strengthen audience relationships. Key Responsibilities * Design and execute digital audience growth strategies. * Analyze traffic, engagement, conversions, retention, and user behavior. * Optimize digital content and experiences to increase reach. * Coordinate SEO, newsletter, social media, video, and other channel initiatives. * Identify new acquisition and growth opportunities. * Design and evaluate A/B tests and various audience initiatives. * Monitor KPIs and prepare dashboards and reports for management. * Collaborate with editorial, marketing, product, and technology teams. * Support subscription, registration, and user loyalty strategies. * Analyze digital trends and audience behavior. * Propose data-driven improvements to enhance channel performance. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience in audience growth, growth marketing, digital marketing, digital media, or related areas. * Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and digital analytics tools. * Knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing, and social media. * Experience with dashboards and tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar. * Ability to analyze data and translate insights into concrete actions. * Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. * Analytical, strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. * Intermediate or advanced English is desirable.
