





### **Summary** The primary objective of this position is to ensure proper management of warehouse and distribution operations. The Operations Coordinator must ensure efficiency and effectiveness in warehousing and distribution operations. ### **About the Role** Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Logistics Service Provider (3PL) in the region. Implement and maintain standard warehousing and distribution procedures to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaborate with the demand planning team to ensure optimal product availability in the region. Manage the procurement and negotiation of Logistics Service Providers, always pursuing continuous improvement. Oversee and control product inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management. Coordinate with the Logistics Service Provider (3PL) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. Participate in the planning and execution of projects related to supply chain improvements. Manage supplier complaints/returns for purchased items. Analyze and report key performance indicators, such as inventory management efficiency and on-time delivery performance. Supervise and ensure compliance with local and global regulations related to the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products. Provide support and guidance to the rest of the Novartis team on matters related to logistics operations. Monitor and track Logistics Service Provider service-level indicators: Quality OTIF, schedule non-compliance. Lead action plans to achieve delivery performance objectives and promote continuous improvement. Report technical complaints/adverse events/special scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Inventory management, gap analysis, cost efficiency, and supply process effectiveness. Standard master data KPIs, e.g., integrity, consistency, and accuracy. Timely and complete delivery of business fundamentals: budgets, quality compliance, etc. – Customer service level (e.g., OTIF).
