What will you do in this role?:
We are looking for a Technology Risk Specialist—a professional whose primary challenge will be to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact organizational processes, resources, and outcomes—thereby enhancing operational resilience, security, and efficiency through the implementation of effective controls and timely action plan management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Identifying, analyzing, and assessing operational and technological risks associated with processes, systems, and services.
* Advising the first line of defense on implementing controls, risk mitigators, and regulatory compliance.
* Developing and proposing methodologies, standards, and improvements to strengthen risk management.
* Identifying gaps, vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities in systems, processes, and outsourced services.
* Participating in strategic initiatives, technology projects, new product implementations, and platform renewals.
To succeed in this position, you need:
* A university degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Networks and Telecommunications Engineering, or other related disciplines focused on technology, processes, or risk management.
* At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Technology Management, Technology Risk, Information Technology Auditing, or Operational Risk Management in technology environments.
* Knowledge of financial services and products.
* Experience or knowledge of technology projects and processes with a business focus.
* Desired: IT infrastructure and platforms (networks, servers, cloud, etc.).
Our offer:
* You will begin with a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal to an indefinite-term contract, subject to a performance evaluation at the end of the term.
* Your working schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, consistent with our commitment to promoting the well-being of all team members.

**Selection Process**
