Job Description We are looking for a **Supply Chain Manager** to lead the planning, coordination, and optimization of logistics and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, supplier negotiation, and continuous operational improvement. Main Responsibilities * **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability. * **Logistics Planning**: Coordinate efficient transportation and distribution. * **Supplier Relationship Management**: Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreements. * **Process Optimization**: Implement supply chain improvements to reduce costs and lead times. * **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential operational disruptions. * **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with sales, finance, and production departments. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in supply chain management. * Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management tools. * Leadership, negotiation, and effective communication skills. * Automotive industry experience is highly valued.
