Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise teams to deliver a high-quality service experience. 2. Oversee operations, customer service, and hygiene at the point of sale. 3. Support opening and closing procedures for sales points and resolve operational contingencies. **Job Description** ---------------------- Coordinate and supervise service operations to ensure a high-quality service experience and compliance with quality standards. Coordinate and supervise point-of-sale operations. Ensure proper customer service and attention, maintaining an experience aligned with casino standards. Assign and supervise tasks for area staff. Verify compliance with hygiene procedures, food handling practices, and current health regulations. Monitor inventories, supplies, shrinkage, and efficient use of area products. Support opening and closing of sales points, ensuring proper operational functionality. Promptly resolve operational contingencies and customer requests.
