Currently, we are seeking a **Logistics Supervisor PG** for our branch located in **Cerrillos, Chile**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the proper execution of gaseous product (PG) dispatches from the distribution center. * Supervise yard operations, ensuring efficient and safe cylinder loading and unloading processes. * Lead the safety program within the distribution area, promoting compliance with standards and procedures. * Coordinate with operations teams on inventory levels for dispatch planning. * Resolve operational issues in real time, ensuring efficiency and safety. * Lead and develop the team, encouraging good practices and engagement with the company. * Monitor inventory and ensure accurate recordkeeping in SAP and internal systems. * Promote opportunities for productivity improvements and resource optimization. **Requirements:** * Education: Higher Technician or professional degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar roles, preferably in chemical or transportation industries. * Knowledge: * SAP and technological tools. * Inventory control and dispatch planning. * Safety regulations and operational best practices. **Skills:** * Leadership and team management. * Ability to work on-site (70% of the role is operational). * Effective communication and results orientation. * Availability during working hours from Monday to Friday: **08:30 to 17:00 h**.
