Your primary objective in this role will be to supervise warehouse processes and resources (human and technical), executing operational functionalities to achieve productivity targets, Service Level (SLA), accident prevention, shrinkage control, and cost management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operational supervision: Monitor the cargo arrival, receiving, routing, and dispatch process, while also coordinating return flows from Reverse Logistics (RL). * KPI monitoring: Daily tracking of Service Level (SLA), warehouse productivity, and coordination of route departures. * Contingency management: Resolve operational and administrative issues raised by internal and external customers to ensure effective resolution. * Risk prevention: Lead operational safety briefings to maintain low accident rates. * Infrastructure and asset care: Maintain warehouse order, ensure equipment remains in good condition, and enforce strict control over shrinkage and incidents. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ * Education: Technical degree in Logistics Management or related field (preferred; may be substituted with proven experience). * Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar roles or functions within Logistics and Distribution. * Tools: Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel. * Competencies: Team leadership, ability to resolve operational problems, and commitment to service excellence. * Availability to work rotating shifts: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
