**BRINKS cash transportation company is seeking a Security Manager – Punta Arenas Branch** We are currently looking for a **Security Manager** for our branch located in **Punta Arenas**. This individual will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive site security and supporting the company's operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, manage, and control all activities related to business security and operations, ensuring smooth operations, minimizing risks, preventing losses, proposing improvements, contributing to profitability, and complying with current legal regulations. * Manage and monitor documentation and security measures required by law, ensuring operational functionality and the safety of personnel, equipment, and facilities. * Conduct investigations using audiovisual materials (CCTV, surveillance cameras, and DVR) to maintain action traceability as required by internal or external requests. * Perform cash reconciliation procedures to maintain control over custodied assets according to company policy. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Current legal regulations regarding security. * Accounting knowledge: reconciliations, cash counts, and valuation of assets (desirable). * Proficiency with CCTV systems, multimedia files, and image analysis. **Requirements:** * Class B driver's license. * Experience in logistical-operational processes. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, operational process control, and/or internal process management.
