With over 100,000 employees across 130 countries, we work together to shape the future of global trade and logistics. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct and maintain updated LST Transportation Risk Assessments, critical routes, and other Maersk-dependent and/or Maersk-interest facilities as requested. * Ensure implementation of security standards and global Security requirements. * Develop Security Protocols for the LST Transportation vertical, establishing procedures, KPIs, penalties, and other associated inputs contributing to optimizing operational management of the vertical. * Coordinate with site managers, Commercial, Product, and country leaders on current and future transportation-related risks. * Keep corporate platforms updated with required data for generating statistics, controls, campaigns, and other Maersk interests. * Implement and oversee the Security training and awareness program for Maersk personnel and external parties—particularly transporters, carriers, and Operations Control Center teams for tracking. * Lead response and investigation for transportation security incidents. * Lead security procedures during inspections, internal audits, security certifications, and any other situation requiring presentation of documentation, evidence, procedures, etc. * Advise on Security aspects during drafting of transportation supplier contracts. * Lead definition, standards, and execution of escorts. * Conduct transportation security-related investigations, which must include action plans and corresponding follow-up. * Ability to manage and coordinate with internal and external teams for distribution fleet monitoring. * Ability to implement physical and technological security solutions on route to prevent cargo theft during transit and/or during stops along the route. **We Are Looking For:** * 5 years of experience in cargo transportation. * 5 years of experience in physical security, crisis management, and related processes. * 2 years of experience in operations involving route monitoring centers. * 2 years of experience in in-transit cargo risk management. * Specialization and/or courses related to integrated management systems. * Knowledge of Chilean legislation and regulations on Private Security and Maritime-Port Security. * Ability to develop Security-related protocols. * Knowledge of Security incident investigation methodologies. * Ability to engage and manage relationships with authorities related to security. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. * Class B driver’s license. * User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office software. * Intermediate English. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Negotiation skills. #LI-KV1 #LI-Onsite Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
