Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team, manage quotations, orders, and customer relationships, while promoting the product portfolio of a major institution. We are currently recruiting a **Sales Assistant** to join a major institution on a temporary services basis. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the sales team in preparing and managing customer quotations, proposals, and orders. * Verify that sales orders contain accurate commercial and administrative information, including legal entity name, RUT (Tax ID), purchase orders, and other required documentation. * Manage the conversion of proposals into sales orders, considering commercial terms, delivery methods, and each customer’s specific requirements. * Track procurement, transfer, product availability, and delivery processes, coordinating promptly with relevant internal departments to ensure order fulfillment. * Manage and track product return requests in accordance with established internal procedures. * Maintain up-to-date customer commercial information in company systems, and assist in creating, classifying, and segmenting new customers. * Provide support in commercial management and servicing of both internal and external customers, contributing to timely and efficient service. * Promote commercial and technical activities for customers, including inviting and convening them to talks, seminars, and other events organized by the branch and its technical agents. * Promote the company’s product portfolio, services, and new business initiatives, contributing to an improved commercial mix and identification of new customer opportunities. * Stay continuously updated on the company’s product portfolio, brands, catalogs, pricing, promotions, and commercial news. * Actively participate in required training and development activities essential for effective job performance. * Conduct customer visits when commercial and operational needs of the role require it. * Prepare and periodically report on activity progress and achievements to the direct supervisor. * Perform any other duties related to the position as required to support commercial operations and ensure proper branch functioning. **Key Requirements:** * Technical, Secondary, or Higher Education in Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of accounting, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint (desirable). * Experience in the electrical industry. **What We Offer:** * Temporary Services Contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. 1-hour lunch break. * Location: Vitacura. * Monthly net salary: $650,000.
