Beyond what we do, how we do it defines us: we work closely, responsibly, and with a strong collaborative culture, convinced that people are the driving force behind every project. **What will you find in this role?** --------------------------------- As the **Construction Administration Manager**, your mission will be to manage the recording of expenses incurred in projects to ensure timely and accurate monthly project closure. In this context, your main responsibilities will include: * Recording and managing documentary support for purchases and services rendered in projects to obtain reliable information on each project’s progress. * Ensuring compliance with various monthly work milestones to perform timely and accurate monthly project data closure. * Monitoring analytical cost allocation to generate tracking reports and review variances. * Monitoring short-term project payment needs to meet payment commitments to suppliers and secure project cash flow. **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ Education * University degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, or related fields. * Additional training related to finance, administration, or project control will also be valued. Experience * Minimum of **two years** of experience in roles related to economic or financial project control. * Experience working on projects and knowledge of their administrative and economic dynamics. * Experience in international environments or projects will be especially valued. * Experience in team coordination or management. Knowledge * Knowledge of economic and financial project control. * Ability to track costs, analyze variances, and monitor payment requirements. * Knowledge of document management and secure handling of accounting and financial information. * Familiarity with principles and obligations established under the General Data Protection Regulation and Organic Law 3/2018\. * Knowledge of information security best practices and prevention of threats such as phishing and other social engineering attacks. Tools * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Regular use of the Microsoft 365 environment\. * Experience using various ERP systems. * Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Navision will be especially valued.
