Agrosuper is looking for its next QUALITY ANALYST PAL to work in Casablanca, located in Valparaíso. The role’s mission is to receive and respond promptly to non-conformities or complaints, adhering to the organization’s quality behaviors and values, and managing improvements in on-site production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Channel non-conformities from the process and seek definitive solutions to prevent recurrence: Involve production areas in responding and implementing definitive solutions. Manage and analyze information on non-conformities, operational controls, and the process: Statistical data for decision-making. Continuous improvement to reduce non-conformities or complaints: Customer satisfaction. Train staff to avoid recurring non-conformities: Meet customer requirements. Display quality area performance indicators. Manage external and internal (quality) audits. **Requirements:** Hold a higher technical or professional degree. Relevant fields of study include: Technical Degree in Quality Control. Agricultural Technician. Veterinary Medicine. Agronomy Engineering. Food Engineering. Biochemical Engineering. Chemical Engineering. Business Administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP. Desirable experience in production areas. Availability for 100% on-site work in Casablanca.
