Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage the entire payroll process, ensuring timely salary calculation and payment, as well as regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for a **Payroll Analyst** to join the team of our important client, located in Santiago. **Main Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring timely salary calculation and payment. * Administer and validate information on **BUK and/or Talana** platforms. * Calculate earnings, statutory deductions, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related items. * Manage hiring processes, contractual modifications, and terminations related to payroll. * Perform and review final settlement calculations (finiquitos) when applicable. * Ensure compliance with current labor and social security regulations. * Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, salary settlements, and benefits. * Coordinate with Human Resources, Finance, and Operations departments to ensure proper execution of processes. * Maintain control and filing of payroll-related documentation. **✅ Requirements:** ----------------- * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. * Experience with **BUK and/or Talana** platforms (preferred). * At least **2 years of experience** in payroll processes. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Availability to work **100% on-site** in Santiago. **We Offer:** -------------- * A pleasant work environment. * Opportunities for job stability. * **Net monthly salary: $900\.000\.** Working hours: **Monday to Friday**, between **08:30 and 18:30 hours** (schedule to be agreed upon within this range), fulfilling **42 weekly hours**. **If you are interested in joining a constantly growing multidisciplinary team, this is your opportunity!**
