Job Summary
**Toanto Group Business \& Technology Services Chile SpA** is seeking an organized ***Technological Operations Assistant*** with proficiency in digital tools and strong attention to detail to join our team in Los Ángeles, Biobío. As a Technological Operations Assistant, you will support the daily operation of the company’s technological systems, digital platforms, service requests, technical records, equipment information, and operational processes. You will work closely with technology, IT support, digital operations, customer service, administration, and commercial operations teams to ensure technological systems and processes operate efficiently and that information remains accurate and up to date. This position is ideal for recent graduates and professionals with limited experience interested in technological operations, IT support, digital operations, enterprise systems, technical administration, or technology-based business services. Responsibilities: Provide daily support for technological and digital operations. Monitor routine technology service requests. Create and update support tickets as needed. Maintain accurate information in approved enterprise and technological systems. Assist with user access and account requests. Provide support for basic password and account access issues. Assist with routine inquiries regarding software and applications. Perform basic first-level troubleshooting. Help identify hardware, software, connectivity, or user access issues. Escalate complex technical incidents to IT support specialists. Follow up on pending technology requests. Maintain accurate notes on tickets and incidents. Assist with workstation and equipment records. Maintain technology inventory and asset information. Provide support for equipment assignment and return. Assist with software and license records, as applicable. Support approved digital platforms and internal enterprise systems. Assist with data entry and information validation. Maintain operational records in Excel or Google Sheets. Assist with basic technology reports and dashboards. Monitor shared technical support inboxes or queues. Assist with routine system testing and validation activities. Document recurring operational issues. Help maintain internal procedures and knowledge base articles. Support technology onboarding and offboarding activities. Coordinate routine technology requests with internal teams. Assist with basic Microsoft 365 processes, as applicable. Support approved changes to systems and processes. Maintain organized electronic documentation. Comply with information security and data privacy procedures. Assist with tracking service levels and key operational performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in continuous process improvement activities.
Requirements: Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification. Technical or professional studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Technology, Digital Operations, Business Administration, or related fields are highly valued. Approximately 0\-1 year of relevant experience. Prior experience in IT or technological operations is not mandatory. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Academic internships and projects will be considered. Strong general computer skills. Familiarity with Windows and web applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365\. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Basic knowledge of hardware and software is highly valued. Basic problem-solving skills are highly valued. Familiarity with incident management or helpdesk platforms is highly valued. Basic knowledge of networks and connectivity is highly valued. Salary: $650\.000 \- $850\.000 per month
