Manages supplies and guarantees the availability of the operational fleet. **Operations Supervisor \- La Serena** Brinks, a cash-in-transit company, seeks to incorporate a professional into its team to serve as an **Operations Supervisor** for its **La Serena** branch. Key responsibilities include: Allocating human and material resources. Coordinating and supervising daily work activities, responding to contingencies, and reassigning resources and workloads. Coordinating shift roles and workload distribution among staff. Coordinating supplies for customers and operations (cash remittance items, ATM rolls, forms, etc.). Conducting periodic operational training sessions and briefings. Supervising and communicating fleet availability, service levels, and security or operational processes affecting operations and personnel. **Knowledge:** * Intermediate PC skills, intermediate Excel proficiency, and experience with integrated systems. * Technical or professional education is desirable. * **Class B driver's license.** * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Understanding of operational and/or logistics processes. **Experience:** * 2 years of experience in operations and/or logistics. * Experience managing teams.
