A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking to incorporate an Operational Internal Control Assistant (CIOP) into its team to work in the southern area of Santiago. **Position Objective:** Provide reporting to internal clients regarding tasks performed by CIOP teams (reconciliations, smart scanning, stowage, among others), through data extraction and analysis from company systems, in order to deliver key information that supports decision-making and contributes to achieving organizational goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Extract and analyze information from corporate systems to optimize management and efficiency across various work teams. * Collect damage compensation records by directly requesting them from the company's Continuous Improvement department. * Review client lists at the end of each shift, notifying and/or correcting any potential errors in data entry. * Monitor the status of received and dispatched client shipment lists. * Deliver training sessions to internal clients on processes related to CIOP. **Job Requirements:** * Technical degree in Logistics, Management Control Analyst, or a related field. * Experience and knowledge in the logistics field. * Desired proficiency in DLS, TOPdesk, Pinchazo Smart, and Power BI systems. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills (mandatory requirement). **Corporate Benefits:** * Life insurance and supplementary health coverage. * Birthday leave. * Special vacation allowance. * Holiday bonus and gift basket during National Holidays and Christmas. * Scholarships for academic development. * Discount agreements with transportation companies, automotive maintenance and spare parts providers, health insurers, dental services, banks, among others.
