Our scooter, bicycle, and power bank stations are already present in over 25 cities—and we want to keep growing with you! **What will you do daily?** * Lead the Logistics team. * Spend approximately 80% of your time working in the field. * Organize and optimize scooter transportation, distribution, and charging. * Identify opportunities to improve performance and optimize costs. * Support the operations team as needed. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate data-driven improvement proposals. * Coordinate actions with other departments to ensure efficient operations. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or field operations. * At least 1 year of experience leading teams. * Strategic mindset, practical attitude, and results-oriented approach. * Strong leadership skills, process optimization capabilities, and ability to work under pressure. * Experience in micromobility (preferred). * Valid Class B driver’s license (preferred). **Do you enjoy challenges and want to be part of the future of urban mobility?** Join JET and help us transform how cities move!
