Our scooter, bicycle, and power bank stations are already present in more than 25 cities—and we want to keep growing with you! **What will you do daily?** * Lead the Logistics team. * Conduct fieldwork approximately 80% of the time. * Organize and optimize scooter transportation, distribution, and charging. * Identify opportunities to improve performance and optimize costs. * Support the team in operations when necessary. * Monitor KPIs and generate data-driven improvement proposals. * Coordinate actions with other departments to ensure efficient operations. **What are we looking for?** * At least 2 years of experience in logistics or field operations. * Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams. * Strategic profile, with practical attitude and results orientation. * Skills in people leadership, process optimization, and working under pressure. * Experience in micromobility (desirable). * Valid Class B driver's license (desirable). **Do you enjoy challenges and want to be part of the future of urban mobility?** Join JET and help us transform how cities move!
